01

How much does FoxCamp charge?
Most projects are assessed hourly, and then a quote is provided based on the estimated hours to complete the project. Some projects are evaluated based on volume with a per-unit cost.

02

Will FoxCamp provide an estimate?
FoxCamp will always provide an estimate before any project start. Estimates are an approximation and are not guaranteed. An estimate is based on information provided by the client regarding design project requirements. Actual costs may change once all project elements are finalized or negotiated. Before any changes in cost, the client will be notified. An estimate from FoxCamp Creative is valid for 30 days.

Upon acceptance by the client, FoxCamp Creative will perform the services described in the estimate. Any additional services requested by the client and not covered by the estimate will incur additional charges.

Changes in the specifications, quantities, schedule, or other aspects of the services requested or approved by the client do not become binding upon FoxCamp Creative unless accepted by FoxCamp Creative in writing. Any such changes may result in additional or increased charges, and the client agrees to pay such increased charges.

The services will be completed, and delivery will be made in accordance with the schedule in the estimate or as otherwise approved by the parties in writing.

03

Who owns the final design?
After receipt of payment, the client owns the files and design(s). FoxCamp keeps a copy of all project files for future reference, updates, and new projects. FoxCamp can also provide a copyright assignment if required (see more below).

04

Does FoxCamp provide a copyright assignment?
Yes, FoxCamp can provide a copyright assignment. A copyright assignment agreement is a document transferring a specific creative work’s ownership and rights. A copyright assignment agreement protects the parties’ rights by clarifying and providing a record of ownership of a work, especially in the event of a transfer.

Notarization of a copyright assignment agreement is not legally required, but it is always a good idea to get an agreement like this notarized. Copyright assignment agreements can cover works such as writing or artwork and are sometimes known as sales agreements for copyright.

05

Does FoxCamp provide rush orders?
Rush orders are possible. We know business does not always work in a timely manner. We can provide rush designs for an additional cost.

06

How do we pay?
Unless explicitly agreed before the commencement of work, payment will be due in full upon completion of the work or services provided. Where a quotation has been provided, the total amount, less any payments already made, is payable. Where an estimate has not been provided, FoxCamp will advise the customer of the amount due and will post a detailed invoice within 72 hours. FoxCamp Creative does not charge GST.

07

Acceptable Methods of Payment

1. VISA, Mastercard or American Express
2. E-transfer
3. Cheques

All invoices for services covered by the estimate are payable upon completion of the project(s). FoxCamp Creative will release completed files (via a link to a client folder) once the final payment has been made. FoxCamp will not release completed files until full payment is made. All materials (final files) supplied by FoxCamp shall remain the property of FoxCamp until the full invoice has been paid in full by the customer.
